Having dealt with other deals and having such a horrible experience with them; J&M really stepped up and turned my experience around while trying to purchase my Colorado. I loved working with Winston; he was amazing and super helpful. I feel that he did everything in his power to make this as easy as possible for the both of us. Winston understood where I was in my purchasing process as well as my physical location, which is over 200 miles away. I felt that Winston listened to my budget and tried to do everything in his power to get me into my ideal Colorado. I felt that J&M was extremely upfront and honest during the entire process; I was given written quotes on Colorado’s not just verbal numbers or ballpark figures. This allowed both of us to see where each other were at in terms of price and where we needed to be. There was no hiding numbers or moving them around to look better, it was all straightforward. This allowed me to make the decision to take the long drive to the dealer knowing everything was fully agreed upon. Once I arrived, I was able to meet with everyone, look over the Colorado and move forward with the purchase. It is a shame that J&M is not closer to me as I would love to give them my full business when it comes to servicing my Colorado. With that said J&M will be the first place I start looking when I am in the market for another vehicle in the future. J&M made sure that it was well worth the drive!
I bought a 2005 Corvette under the premise that the car was sold as is, no warranty. After having the car for about 10 days the serpentine belt starting to fray but did not completely snap. I took it to the nearest garage and after they looked at the car they told me that I should contact the company I bought the car from as the repair was going to be bigger than just replacing the belt. I called my salesman (Bill Carman) at the dealership and he arranged with the service center to have the car towed to their dealership at no charge to me. I was pleasently surprised! Within 5-6 hours the service center called from J&M and said that the car needed the harmonic balancer replaced. I was upset, before I could even ask what they could do to help me with the repair, he stated that they were doing the entire repair and the tow at no charge to me! I was completely floored as in my opinion, customer service is all but dead in America. I would recommend J&M Chevy to anyone! What a great experience!!! Thank you so much for standing behind what you sell, I know that you guys did not have to do this for me.
