I would not recommend this pratice to anyone, anymore. They only care about themselves being paid, not the patient. I went to Dr. Barrett to repair a denture, When I got the denture back the tooth was misplaced and now its shorter than the rest of my teeth. They have an "OH WELL" attitude. Here is my story: My denture broke as a result of an anethesia accident and it broke while I was under sedation. The anethesia company agreed to pay the charges to fix my denture. So I went to Barrett & Collins for the repair. They CHARGED the anethesia company AND my insurance company for the repair. Yes! they double dipped. When I spoke to the office they kept saying "But your insurance company paid it at 100%" I kept saying but they took my benefits for the year 2014 and they should not have paid you anything. Again they had a "OH WELL" attitiude.

This dental office unfortunately did not accept my insurance but the level of customer service I received from the lady at the front desk was worthy of a 5 star review! I have called so many places to try and find one that accepted my insurance and all I got was "no" never anything else to offer assistance but the lady at this office was so helpful and polite even though she didn't have to be! Very impressed!

Went here for two years and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was always rude, rough and unprofessional. There are plenty of other dentists in eastern Wake county, do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
