I'm largely disappointed by this location, particularly its management staff. They are all (with one notable exception) consistently lethargic and unenergetic, leaving us all no doubt as to whether or not they actually want to be there. This is exhibited both in the store itself and in other, more simplistic ways, like the manor in which they answer the telephone. The store manager Heidi comes off as cold and without personality as does another one of her managers, Adrian. This store used to be a fun place to visit when Steve and DJ ran the place. Now, it just leaves a lot to be desired.
Staff are great and knowledgeable, Adrian is always on top of everything that's going on and full of great gaming tips and options
I just bought NCAA football 2011 this past Sunday August 27 2017. I have bought plenty of used or pre owned games from other game stop locations, and I have never had a game have soooooooo many scratches, and cracks in the disc. My Xbox will only play this game for about 5 mins and it will say disc error. I guarantee I will be back to this store, this coming up weekend to get a refund and to express my bad exp. I'm very disappointed, after driving there, spending almost 40 bucks, and declining all those up sales they try to do, just to come home and be unable to buy the game.
I've been going to this gamestop since it opened. The staff is friendly, they know what to look for. But there has been one occasion where they sold me a game that didn't work and during the holidays the lines can get very long
My one previously mentioned notable exception, however, is the assistant manager, Cameron. He and another employee, Jamie (who should be a member of management if he isn't already), are the single reason why I continue to return to this store. Cameron is always extremely warm and welcoming, and goes out of his way to make sure my needs are met to the best of his ability. His effort to make my experience enjoyable has never seemed staged, as it is genuinely repeated to every other customer that enters the store. He and Jamie are both very knowledgeable, yet both are very quick to admit their ignorance on a subject with the immediate promise and effort of acquiring the correct information. I cannot personally speak to the experience posted by one previous reviewer, though I would very much question the accuracy and validity of their story based upon my continued personal experience and further emphasized by the unnecessarily derogatory language used in description of one employee's appearance. Cameron is an excellent representative of customer service, and will be missed greatly (I was recently informed that he was promoted to a larger location).
He and Jamie alone are the reason why I grant this store 3 stars instead of one. Keep up the good work, gentlemen!
