Went by while visiting in town just for a couple days. Had the same elliptical from my gym back home and the staff was really nice and welcoming! Alex is the man!
I've been going here for half a year now, its a decent gym. Staff is friendly, membership price is reasonable, the equipment is high quality and well maintained. I've met with a personal trainer monthly for the past 6 months which has been really helpful. I have no complaints.
I started this gym over a year ago, I am a disabled veteran and shortly after had to have multiple surgeries due to back issues. I emailed while I was hospitalized asking to cancel my membership due to not being able to workout. No help whatsoever, I also just called today and again they are no help whatsoever with canceling the membership. I have paid for over a year and only worked out there maybe 10times. They man in the office stated "I'm Sorry you were unable to walk, but you had nobody that could come in and cancel it for you". HELLO, that was the least of my worries. I am so unbelievably upset with this gym it is unreal. I now live over an hour away and unable to drive "there" to cancel it. Thank you for continuing to take my money. It will not keep happening.
Love the gym. It's 24/7 so I can literally go ANY time. They also have a kids zone so I can bring my son with me. The trainers there are always willing to help and the management is great. Can't say anything bad about this place!
Amazing gym! Friendly staff that goes the extra mile to help you. A great gym atmosphere. Wonderful trainers, instructors and front desk staff. Best gym in Zebulon and surrounding areas!
