I have contacted the company on four occasions since the completion of the job. After additional phone calls to company, a representative came out to look at the job and verbally agreed that it was not up to par, and promised me they would be back to correct the problem.
I hired this company to re-roof an outside kennel shelter with 5-V tin. The tin was laid out of square, so much so that on opposite corners of the shelter, the purlins are exposed. It was a relatively small job, but I hired them because I wanted a professional to do the work.
Great guy. Very honest. I got an estimate from Baker Roofing and they said I needed a roof now. Brian came out and said man you don't need a roof, let me fix these flashing problems and live life and be happy. Great company
Since that time, I have called twice more to follow up. Unfortunately, they have my payment, and at this point, it would seem that they have chosen not to respond to my requests to correct the problem. Should the company return my calls and correct the problem, I will update my review, but at this time, I would not recommend the company.
